PRICES

A 50% deposit is required to initiate orders. Orders must be paid in full, including storage, applicable taxes and service charges prior to shipping or pick-up. Packing, shipping / delivery, freight, and insurance charges are additional costs which must be paid in full to your shipping provider before your order is released.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All goods are made-to-order per customer specifications, therefore orders cannot be cancelled from date of order placement. Changes in orders, returns or cancellations require prior written approval from the manufacturer. Such orders will be subject to change, cancellation, or restocking fees of 25% to 50% of the net selling price.

IN STOCK PIECES

All In-Stock pieces available for quick shipment must be paid in full up-front.

RUSH ORDERS

Rush orders can be placed, subject to availability, for an additional fee. Please contact us to check feasibility before placing a rush order.

WARRANTY

All our vendors use natural materials in a hand-crafted manufacturing process. There may be slight variations between the final product and a particular tear sheet, as related to the finish, colour tone, graining, or precise measurements. STUDIO FENICE warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 (one) year from date of receipt by customer or receiving warehouse, whichever is sooner. This warranty does not apply to breakage resulting from misuse, accidents, abuse, neglect, mishandling, or wear resulting from normal use.

Defective products will be replaced within the normal production time period required to re-order and manufacture the same product. STUDIO FENICE does not warrant finishes against fading and oxidizing.

PRODUCTION + LEAD TIMES

Approximate production times differ from delivery times. Please be advised that due to the artistic and custom hand-made nature of the manufacturing process, an exact completion date cannot be guaranteed. Please note that due to the use of natural materials used in the production of our manufacturer products, there may be slight variations in colour and texture.

DIMENSIONS

Dimensions are given to the nearest half centimeter/inch. Because all items are made and assembled by hand, measurements may vary slightly from those stated. Dimensions are provided as a general reference only.

MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS

The natural tone and character of our vendor finishes will subtly affect the character of each piece.

Although our manufacturers strive to constantly match finish samples to the final product, all items sold on our online platform are finished individually by hand and therefore slight variations in colour, tone and texture will occur and no guarantee can be made of an exact match. This is not considered a defect.

Due to variations in printers & computer monitors, the colors on the tear sheets do not represent the true quality and hue of the finishes. Prior to placing an order, please reference the actual finish sample.

If requested, a sample of any of our finishes will be provided once a 50% deposit for an order has been received. Custom finishes are available upon request and an additional fee may apply for each custom finish sample.

All samples must be returned, along with the accompanying approval form signed by the purchaser, before the order can proceed.

CUSTOMER’S C.O.M / C.O.L

Listed C.O.M yardage requirements are based on 54” wide plain goods. Please indicate if railroading is to be specified and provide drawing indicating the specified direction. Any variation should be confirmed with STUDIO FENICE. Production of any custom order will not begin until any C.O.M. or C.O.L. materials are received at the vendor workshop. STUDIO FENICE will not be held responsible for any delays in production due to any C.O.M. / C.O.L that has been delayed due to shipping.
